Leona is an angel. She did the BEST job with my hair extensions and was so friendly and helpful. She really went above and beyond to make sure my extensions matched my exact hair colour and spoke with me at length to understand exactly what I wanted. I've been getting hair extensions for over 4 years at other salons but this is by far the best job I have ever had done. I'll always come back here for my hair extensions, the girls know exactly what they're doing and they're all so lovely. Everyone makes passing comments about how long and beautiful my hair is, and everyone who knows I have extensions cannot believe that they're extensions, they look extremely natural. Thanks guys X

I've been looking for a great hairdresser who is willing to discuss and recommend the best for my hair. Ella is so kind and friendly, not to mention she does a professional job while being relaxed and reliable. I've been to House of Lox a few times now for colour treatment and a cut. It's a great atmosphere and will definitely be coming back!
