Del did a wonderful braided updo in my hair for my husband's 50s birthday dinner. The style was perfect. I couldn't have been happier. It easily stayed in place all night. Del is lovely and was very careful to check with me that the style was comfortable (no hairpins putting pressure on my scalp).

Great customer service, professional. Good experience with suitable haircut for challenging hair type. Finding a hairdresser who can cut your hair to suit your style and type of hair is exciting. Friendly.

After trying out a new hair salon last year, I had to come back to Franck Provost because no one does my hair as well as them. Del was absolutely fabulous and so much fun to chat with. The balayage was phenomenal, I've never seen it blend so well and look so natural.

Del is absolutely incredible! I came in with golden, brassy, blonde hair that had been processed by multiple different hairdressers. I didn't like my golden hair, ultimately wanting to be platinum silver/ grey blonde. Del fixed my hair completely. Doing 2x full heads of foils, toner and treatment I am finally happy with my hair! It is silvery grey - just the way I like it! I will be seeing Del again in 4 weeks for a toner refresh and 12weeks to attend to my roots. She is definitely my go to hair dresser now! x
