The Bottle-O

We had a group of 17 people booked in for dinner. When we arrived no tables had been set up for us. Staff were not aware of our booking. After setting up our own table we ordered our meals. One person was served in about 10 minutes. After she had finished her meal a couple more meals came out. This continued until only 4 were still to be served an hour later.nAfter about 80 minutes the last 4 meals were served. Three were returned and refunds provided. These meals were re-done and served for free. Still, they were dry and tough.nThe manager was surly and non-apologetic (perhaps stressed as it was quite busy and we were unexpected even though we had booked). He was rude to the lady who had organised the group and made the booking. One of our group left hungry after an hour and a half.nI would like to note that the two female staff were polite, considerate and attentive to our group.nWe were originally planning to return in 2 nights but changed our plans to another venue.

Wouldn’t make us pizza even though they were serving it to other tables so we ordered the roast of the day and that took an hour to get to us, not even a sorry for the wait from the manager when the food arrived. The ladies working were lovely though.

Excellent! !nI always come to Moree twice a year and come to this restaurant. The Monday's rump steak is so delicious. My family ate everything so nothing is left. The Chef and the owner is so nice and polite like a uncle. I recommend this tremendous restaurant.

Family Friendly atmosphere excellent service and fantastic affordable food. I had the Amaroo Works Burger and my husband who is steak mad had the $7 250g rump steak- with the intention of ordering another if not enough. There was no need just the right size. Kids were looked after as well. Great play ground and bangers and mash chicken nuggets served them well. Will come again if passing through again.

This place could be great but its not. There is a plane (C-47 Dakota) that you can walk through, an open outdoor area with a playground and plenty of space inside. BUT the venue is absolutley filthy with broken glass and rubbish left lying around. Not to mention the playground is old, dirty, decrepit and covered in spider webs. Please put some time and effort into cleaning this place up and it will be an amazing tourist stop.
