Susanne's Hair Design

Firstly let me say that if you get a good experience here- your hair will look fab, if you have a bad experience you will feel you have been rudely spoken to and wasted your time.nnI've been to Suzanne's several times in the last couple of years and every time I will need to wait for my appointment even if I have already scheduled it.nEg if you have an appointment at 4.30pm be prepared to wait til AFTER 5pm for your turn.nThis has happened a few times, so I have decided to call ahead to ask if Suzanne is ready for me. This has worked well for me until today....nI had an appointment at 5pm and when I called to ask if Suzanne was ready for me she replied 'not really'. This is because she had to do foiling on a customers hair (Imagine if I had just rocked up, I would be sitting there forever waiting while she foiled another customers hair on MY appointment booking time) and so I asked when can I arrive. Suzanne said she closes at 5pm. I replied, you booked my appointment at 5pm. Then Suzanne rudely said she can't do my hair today and so I asked, so what can I do then? She told me to come tomorrow instead.nAt that time when I was on the phone, I did not want to be rude so I just rebooked my appointment, but now I will be cancelling that appointment and am writing this review now to warn others. If you value your time, do not bother with this place. If you want a good cut and don't mind the waiting around then this place might do you well.nnAnother thing is, this place will accept cash, but there is no set price, so be prepared to just bring money and your price will be told to you when you pay at the end.
