5 star for haircut and customer service. I really like how my hair looks but the pricing was odd. They told me $30 for my haircut intially when i asked. She insisted on getting a blow dry to which I said no. She was okay. She said she had to do a quick blow dry to see if the length was consistent throughout. It was all done and when paying she said it was $65. I was shocked. When i told her that i was told only $30 when i asked before even entering the shop, she said she blow dried my hair. It was literally a quick blow dry that didn't even take 2 minutes. I said her the same then she charged me $45. I didn't argue. I am just never going back again. I was going to book an appointment to color my hair this weekend but i am not going back.

I've used them previously when i was younger and had ok results, though they were overpriced.nRecently however, I visited them and was given a very lopsided haircut. All i wanted was layers, I ended up with short thick layer and long layer at the bottom, both sides were different styles and size. i looked like i had a short bob on the left with some long thin hair sticking out.It's been months and my hair still hasn't been able to be fixed, I have to cut a bunch of it off.nOn top of it all, they were rude about it and refused to acknowledge it until I threatened to take further action to which they responded to melodically.nThey aren't worth the price, they need better trained hair dressers.

Told the lady didn't like flat but only to go over ends of hair with straightener but like 1pass was straightening like I had dense thick curly hair.nHair is fine and thinnEnded up doing front myself in the salon

Got my daughter's haircut (just a straight cut at back) for 5 minutes cost me $30..... overpriced.

Got my daughter's hair cut recently. Cost $25 which was a shock for kids haircut. Realised afterwards that it's not even cut straight. I could have done a better job.
