I didn't book, big mistake.nI came back after 20 minutes, waited about 5 minutes for a free hairdresser.nI asked for a trim, I have an under cut.nI asked for 3-4 for the under cut. I was asked if I wanted the pony tail the length of the under cut. I said yes.nA couple minutes later, all she did was trim my hair and said she was done.nSo maybe 3 minutes work for $25, at least charge $5-10 for the pathetic service you provided. I don't know how she could have been happy with the service provided.

I wish I can give more than 5 stars because you guys deserve it. I’ve been doing my hair there for years. Staff are very professional, friendly and welcoming. they always have a smile on their faces, always are joking making everyone comfortable. Merna does my hair colour and styling all the time and I have never been more satisfied or happy. Also the prices are better than anywhere else. I have had the pleasure of using this salon for over 10 years, in this time I have found them to be very professional in what they do and know especially Nikki. I have tried other salons, while this salon was undergoing renovations and closed, I found the other salons to be lacking in all areas and also very pricey. I highly recommend this salon if you are looking for somewhere good and reasonably priced. Thanks heaps Nikki for the service, care and knowledge that you always offer.

I've been coming here for close to 10 years and Nikki always does an amazing job. I highly recommend her. She is always very accommodating and goes out of her way to fit me in. Very reasonably priced too.
