Extremely unprofessional, poor communication skills, asked for a particular haircut, everything was ignored and they proceeded with A different haircut which was not asked for. Shop was quite dirty when I walked in, prices are also extremely high for such basic haircuts. Even though I spoke with the owner and expressed my disappointment there was zero apologies given.

I've just left this barbershop with my 9 and 10 year old boys. I went in there today for the first time with the intention to support this local business and seeing that there aren't many, if any, Pacific Islander barber shops around, I was quite hopeful for BHQ Liverpool.nnWe walked in and I knew there would be quite a wait which I was willing to tolerate, only we waited for more than an hour and when it would have been our turn, the barber must have thought he could have a quick break and hang out outside catching up with his friends.nnThat's all well and good that you have a community center going on but not every customer is there to catch-up or chit chat about their life, yours and more.nnWaiting for more than an hour in any business is unacceptable, intentional or otherwise! Not every customer you get has the luxury of time to chill and hang out at BHQ.nnIf you're going run a business, RUN A BUSINESS!! I'm not your cousin, I'm not your mate, I'm not there for that, I was in there for my boys to get a haircut and get on with our day.nnWe wasted more than an hour of our time today because BHQ has no policies or values in place on customer service.nnYes, your haircuts are good, I'll give you that. However BHQ is bound to lose more customers with that sort of waiting time!
