Amazing service best place to have a hair cut and colour done

Beware!nThe staff, all friendly, kind and thoughtful.nHowever had my hair tinted, trimmed & treatednJust before Christmas.nFor the 1st week after my hair felt dry, stiff andnDull. Thought it would calm down, normally my hair is extremely silky, shiny and moves naturally.n10 weeks later my hair is still dull, lifeless andnStiff! Feels like I’m wearing a plastic wig!!!!nPhoned salon, to cancel nxt app. Told them why their response, “ oh I’m so surprised! That’s never happened before?!”nThat’s it! No offer to assist with fixing the problem. My hair is slowly returning to normal however it still looks terrible!nExtremely disappointed!
