I have been coming to the Chatswood Fiore salon for over 10yrs. Even long after moving out of the area. They are fantastic. It does not matter who cuts my hair, I always get exactly what I want. I bring a photo of myself with one particular cut I like, and ask them to do the same. Which they happily do ud83dude0a

I never did mind the non english speaking part of the service because the staffs there are always so polite. My family been customers for years, me and both my daughters. I never had any issues with them, not once. I am sorry but lets get straight to the point with this lady hair dresser this afternoon, please acquire some BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICES SKILLS before working in Australia!!!! Not once did you tell me you were going to layer my daughters hair! The whole time you were concentrating on the 3 little lice you found on her head. Stop talking to me in broken English about lice treatments and concentrate on my daughters hair cut! If i knew she had lice I would have done something about it! After about 10 mins , I can’t believe she said is finished. I never do mind the little things but my daughters hair looks like a used mop. I am not kidding, it was a $35 used mop! It looked ridiculous! My baby girl looked like a used mop! I asked the owner , is this done? Then she came charging to the front desk to say is done! Luckily , “Just Cuts” from Westfield Chatswood rescued my daughters hair for $27. They told me what happened to my daughters hair and how they intend to salvage it. They told me my daughter looks best with a straight cut , no layering necessary. Look, is not rocket science and it wasn’t even about the haircut but if you can’t customer service , then you are in the wrong profession!

I've been a few times now but theres one lady with brownish orange dyed hair whos cut my hair 2 times and has completely ruined my hair, first time she thinned my hair at my roots and i was left with very short hairs whilst had really long hair, second time she made it uneven on my top and used a razor on the top and left it long at the front but short at the back. However, black hair lady was good she cut my hair usually the way i asked. But never go for the orange dyed hair lady.

They don't have a nail bar. I called to check.

Don’t go here !nIn first they though I am a boy so the price was 20$ but just after they say or you are a girl so it’s 30$.... It’s the same I have a short hair....nand in secondary I would like cut just my hair on my neck to equalize... She cut me all appart my hair in my neck... so now I have two floors well distinguished.. Really short in front and really long on my next.... I can’t do anything ! it's so short that I can't even put my hair behind my ears ...nAnd 30$ for a chit ... Never again...
