Amazing supply of belgian beer for highly affordable prices

Their online ordering is terrible. They have taken my money, were not able to provide the products ordered and have not refunded me after 6 weeks. Repeated emails to James are simply ignored

Where do I start? Sent e-mail re product, no response, 2 days later again sent e-mail no response? Rang bottle shop re product was told had to make inquiry will ring back, no call back rang on line explained situation product would be at Crows Nest shop 4.00pm Friday will ring me to confirm, no call back, rang bottle shop Saturday morning 10.05am no answer went to an inaudible message that didn't sound to happy, left message to call me back, no call back. Rang on line said it would be at Crows Nest on Saturday. After all that stuffing around with don't care no interest people bought elsewhere $4.00 cheaper. Would not recommend these unreliable people.
