We so pleased with the customer service at Kings Cut Barbershop in Macquarie centre. Specially, Michael and Richard has been fantastic. Friendly staff, great haircut for good price range. Thanks for your outstanding customer service. Keep up the good work boys. Michael and Richard's are both very professional and does great hair cut. Both 100% recommended.

Had a fantastic haircut (presumably by the owner, or someone more senior) previously on my first visit, complete with the use of a manual razor for fine trimming and use of hair product, so thought I'd come back.nThis time it was probably close to closing time, and young lad took me on. It took what felt like 5 minutes for the complete cut, and felt like it was sheared without much care. And no manual razor treatment for me.nI noticed all the cut hair was swept into a corner, which was pretty unhygienic.nTheir card machine was not working and I was $5 short on cash, but they were happy to discount me. Staff are friendly and talkative (though sometimes amongst themselves), but at the end of the day, a good haircut is all I wanted, and just wasn't right today. With a lot of competition around the area, and in the mall itself, I will parting with my cash elsewhere.nnMy rating is the average score for the two visits

Had a few cuts here, first one was great, guy took 20+ minutes and done a really good job, made me come back again next time. Second time the guy took less than 5 minutes and, obviously, done a bad job. There's no point in having some good and some bad barbers there because I'm not going to come in not knowing whether I'm going to get a good cut or not. This seems to be a running trend with a lot of barbers I've visited, if there was one dependable shop that I knew 100% I'd be getting a good cut every time I'd throw my money at them, I'm not sure why they don't understand this.

Have been now a few times and each time Gary listens and follows through with a great hair cut. Good value, efficient and skilled. Recommend this barbers. Thanks Gary!

Good cut, really good clean up not a stray hair left on me. Trusted me to go and get cash out to pay for the cut, that's a rare commodity in this day and age.
