Ever since my first visit to Alchemy I have never looked back. Sarah is absolutely amazing and gifted at what she does. She managed to create the exact look I wanted with absolutely no damage at all to my hair. I regularly receive compliments on my colour even months after its done. The ambience in the salon is always calming and welcoming.

I got the keratin treatment done and paid almost $500 including the products they suggested me to use. I went back in 2 weeks later to tell them that the treatment is fading and I don’t think this will last 3 months as they promised. But they told me what they told me before with no intention to fix the issue. What kind of customer service is this! You either need to change your product which gives real results or charge your customers less. If I d paid $100 $150 I could justify the quality but paying $400 for the treatment which only lasted a month is unjustifiable. My Botox lasts a lot more and I pay the same amount for it.

Amazingly helpful, friendly and skilled team! Went in to fix my hair colour after a different salon had badly damaged it, and they made sure I left happy with a beautiful head of hair. I will definitely be returning both for the excellent customer service and high quality work.
