I absolutely love this salon. My stylist, Alvina, is absolutely amazing at what she does! She really takes time to get to know you, your hair and provides great advice. I don't feel silly asking questions about my hair or sharing ideas. The whole team are really friendly and make you feel very welcome every time.

Amazing!! Madison transformed my hair into the colour I have always wanted but never have received. I have not had a haircut for over a year since the pandemic hit and was in a desperate need for a haircut. I had a haircut with Madison and am absolutely in love! I usually wait a few days before I decide whether I like my haircut (especially to see the shape once the professional blow dry or styling post-haircut is washed off), and I can confirm that Madison has given me a style that looks good effortlessly (which is what I wanted). After hearing only a few descriptions from me, she knew exactly what would work. It was my first time getting my hair done at Franck Provost as well but now I think I will be a regular customer.
