Friendly service, but if you don't want short back and sides then probably not the place to go. Asked for a fade and basically got a short cut with no styling. Guess you get what you paid for. Update as per below fade is a style. You can have a 2 clipper or zero also depending how short you want it. I did ask for a 2 clipper fade. Below is probably closer to a zero but remands long on top. My hair was cut just 2 clipper all over with no separation of the hairline like below has.
