I had the best massage with Kim! She is truly amazing, I had no idea I had so many knots in my body and she did a great job to make me feel like a new person walk out of there. Thank you so so much Kim :)

I am a regular customer to Kerry's massage but visited palmerston this afternoon, and walked out half way of my booking time and will never go back to that place, very disappointing! I have told her for deep pressures but she kept going back to soft pressures, so I walked out and told the reception that they need to employ professional next time.

As a regular customer I was extremely disappointed to find out that I am not intiteled to a my 10% membership discount only because I wanted to use the palmerston discount provided by the government to motivate people to spend money on the local businesses. Just in front of me 2 other customers had to turn away due to the same reason and I dont think we will be ever back again as the owners of this business are clearly taking advantage of the government kindness.

Very good massage by Hong, worked out all my knots and sore spots.
