A mother was getting her nails done with a screaming child on her lap, the staff member who was doing her nails was SO patient, and even helped make bub happy when mum's nails were drying, I've never seen such good customer service! AND her nails looked great too! What a great team!

I booked for waxing. The room was dirty. The wax used on my face was for legs not face. I left the salon red and very sore. They were unprofessional, I had 2 staff during my booking. Pricing was too high for quality of work.
