My mother has dementia, today was our second visit. Both times mums hair looked great and mum was happy, what stood out to me was the high level of care especially from the young junior. Beth excellant hair style. I hadn't had my hair trimmed for 10 weeks but it still looked good only needed a trim. This equals the sign of a good stylist.

Had a walk in off the street clipper haircut. Even though I rang to book I was told just come when you are ready and we will fit you in. I had one of the apprentices and couldn't fault the soft approach to my cut. Even though the apprentice was in charge of the in coming calls, she done an exemplary job of juggling the phone and staying on top of the task. I cannot fault the cut even though it was a clipper cut, she chiselled my look with precision I have not seen before. It was a shame I didn't get her name because I would ask for her again.

Always the best service. Leanne is a legend... I walk out after a cut/style feeling like a million bucks.
