Nafisha is the WORST customer service person I’ve ever seen! She didn’t greet! She didn’t care if we were waiting for a long when she was fixing shelves! No thank you no please!? Where’s your manner!?nManager needs to speak to her!

I rate this store a 5 out of 5 for the following reasons;nnFriendliness; I arrived into the store and advised them that I was looking for some wines to give away as gifts. The staff were friendly. I was served by Mike who was knowledgeable, convivial regarding wine styles.nnService; Mike understood the type of wine I was looking for and the various styles that I was looking for, he directed me to the specials within my price range. I was very happy to find that the St Hugo's gift for a relative was in stock and on special - this enable me to receive a savings of around $38.00 (which during the COVI-19 economic recession, was appreciated).nnProduct range; Mike showed me the variety and prices of wine for the next gift, and made sure to point me to 'affordable wines as well as the high-end quality wines'. Mike also price -compared and directed me to the cheaper wines, but also good quality which would please even the most discerning wine connoisseur . I selected appropriate wines as well as a gold covered champagne for my female friends.
