I went to get foils done at the salon and I must say I'm very satisfied with the experience Madj, one of the senior stylists took care of me and the results were magic. I went from a medium brown to a light blonde in about three hours. I was hesitant to go back to blonde, as my hair was pretty damaged from lightening in the past but I left with my hair STILL attached to my head with minimal damage and a beautiful colour. If you're looking to get highlights, I'd definitely go to Indie, the team knows what they're doing.

Extremely disappointed to hear from my 80yo mother over Christmas when she visited me that she attended this salon and was charged $350.00 for some foils in her very thin hair. She also was not happy with the end result and said the hairdresser (Joanna Daros) was not listening to what she wanted and just did what she wanted instead. She was completely shocked at the end of the appointment to be charged such a large amount as she is a pensioner on a fixed income. The hairdresser did not advise my mother what the cost would be until the end of the appointment. My mother said that the receptionist looked in shock also. I am incredibly disappointed that the owner of this salon did not make the costs clear upfront. To say I’m annoyed is an understatement as this smacks of taking advantage of an elderly person. I’ve written this review to let others know that this has happened to my mother and hopefully prevent someone else being rorted by this salon. If I could give no stars I would.
