The shop was closed in working hours saying will be back in a while.

There is an old dark islander lady there with Afro hair. She is rude. Makes snide comments that she shouldn’t about what a customer buys and tells them you drink to much. Shaming person for buying booze. “Do you think that’s enough”. Makes faces at customers like she is better.

Exceptionally poor service.

Exceptionally rude staff. Fridge door labels totally different to actual products contained within leaving you to wander confused to find your chosen product. Staff member on duty Saturday 16/02/19 530pm left counter as soon as I entered and followed my every move as soon as I entered, including peering at me through coldroom doors, without offering assistance. I'm absolutely disgusted to be assumed to be a thief, I will not return, and I will be lodging a formal complaint with BWS head office. Prices are also 20% higher than competing retailers so there is really no reason to trouble this pathetic little shop with your custom.

Wouldnt hurt if staff were friendlier and more helpful
