AJ PLUS HAIR SALON

It was Easter Monday, many better shops were closed and I was determined to have my haircut thatday so I chose this one. Unfortunately their service was very bad. They charged $30 for a simple haircut, despite the sign saying it was $15. they took only like 10 minutes to cut the hair, which was uneven and patchy. Would not recommend, I should have waited for better salons to open.

I just had a haircut at this salon this afternoon and this was my worst experience ever. Firstly, when the hairdresser (Jason) washed my hair, all his actions were very rough. Bubbles keep going into my ear. There are not many people in the salon but he was in such a rush. He did everything very quickly but very rough. Again as I mentioned, there were only a few customers in the shop and I did not show I was in hurry at all. When he shaved the side, the shaver actually scratched my head hard, which was painful. Also, when he cut my har, it felt like the scissor was almost stabbing my head. Finally, the price of the haircut went up to $35 from $15 (written on the door) because they bought me to wash the hair before starting to cut without informing me anything on the price. When I tried to make a complaint to the owner of the salon, the reply was the hairdresser made it quick to save my time. Seriously, I have been to so many salons these years, some cheaper, some with similar prices and some a bit more expensive, but have never had this kind of terrible experience. Don't Go! You can find a way nicer place with this price.

They don’t know how to cut hair properly. My hair looks uneven. They also washed hair very superficially and rushy. Still itchy after the wash!

I have been a customer here for six years, service is great, price reasonable, weekends are usually busy.

I think they are good at what they are doing but it's hard yo explain in English.
