Botanik Eco Salon

I booked an appointment for colour, treatment and cut. I turned up to be told that the hair dresser needed to leave early due to having to do an online college course without any notice and she couldn't do my treatment. She deleted correspondence between us confirming the services I booked for and lied about my booking. Everything was rushed and my hair wasn't even dried properly before I left. I asked for brown colour and ended up with red hair which I've had to go to another salon to fix. Would not recommend this salon.

Steph is friendly and approachable. Her work is flawless and I always trust her with my hair. She has recommended better products for my hair and I have noticed such a difference over the past 6months in taking her advice. Always happy and love her work! Would recommend anyone, you will not be disappointed!

Excellent salon and the customer service is perfect. I went to another salon when I moved to Sydney and I disliked the experience so much. But then I found Botanik Eco salon and have been there since. It is cozy and very well priced. Would definitely recommend it!

Stephanie is a excellent hairdresser and she new exactly what styIe & colour I wanted. Very hard to find a good and honest hairdresser these days. Her prices are reasonable and products are good as well.nSteph gave good tips and advice. I will definitely go back to her. I highly recommend this salon.
