Absolutely cannot recommend this salon enough! Not only have the hairdressers saved my damaged hair, they spent the time fixing every detail of my hair until it was perfect! Montana you are a rare gem, grateful to have found you ud83dudcab

It is a shame that I have to write such a review :(. I got my hair done at the beginning of 2021 and as much as I love how my hair turned out, it is hard to ignore the poor customer service I experienced by Amelia. I showed up 5 minutes early to my appointment out of courtesy. There was another customer getting her hair done before me, however I was not sat in the chair until 30-40 mins after my scheduled appointment time. The main issue was that Amelia constantly answered her phone (at least 4 times) during my appointment. These calls were with her friends and conversations would last upwards of 5 minutes. As i said before, its a shame that i have to write this comment as this is basic customer service etiquette, and to have received below that is disappointing.

Thank you to the most amazing salon and staff for always getting my hair perfect, every time I leave the salon I am so happy with the colour, cut and style. I highly recommend this salon to anyone and have referred this salon constantly!

Every time I get my hair done at this salon I am super impressed by their work. The staff are friendly. The salon has such a fun vibe to it! I am always happy with my hair when I walk out. Well done to the Hair By Montana team in Strathfield for great service and an amazing experience!

Terrible experience with hairdresser Amelia for many reasons. I went for hair colouring and a haircut. To start with, I haven’t even been offered anything to drink at the beginning which you would expect if you pay 400$ for a visit. She offered me a hair colouring technique based on what would bring her the best income, not listening to what my desired haircut and colour would be. Now my hair looks terrible and has never been so dry in my entire life. It will take a few months to get back to normal. She was arrogant and spent a lot of time on her phone. The haircut took her 5 minutes, clearly not having an idea of how to do layered hair. To sum up - money wasted.
