Emma is amazing. So happy with my haircut and colour. I have been looking for a good master for a 5 years in Sydney and so happy I did come in on a spot in her salon. Thank you

First time there, everyone was very friendly, price was good and my new hairstyle looks great.

I made an appointment, arrived and didn't appreciate that I waited half an hour without a heads up that they were running late (not so much as a glance in my direction to let me know). If I had known I would have cancelled as I had other appointments throughout the day. After 45 minutes I left, and I messaged them about this with no response. Really bad customer service and not even acknowledgement of their lack of respect for my time.
