They care about your hair. I prefer to go there when owner was on the floor shop as she would ensure quality was good and staffs seemed to be less loud. Sadly a few hairdressers have left recently.nnGood quality service at affordable prices. Conveniently located near escalator down from Blacktown station. Inside the shop is like another world where Filipino community is having a break time away from hectic world outside.nnBuy keratin hair mask from shop and love it. Damaged hair has become softer after using from first time.nnCall to make appointment to avoid queues.

A few years ago I wanted a bob and was told to wait for Yana 'the bob queen'.nI was beyond delighted with how Yana cut my bob - with such flair and ease.nShe's since cut a me few bobs. All were different and all equally great. Yana makes great suggestions with what would suit me on the day and I go with them. She's definately talented and a lovely person!. Can't go to anyone else even though it takes a couple of hours to get there.

Have had previous experience really good service. Respected what they did previously and was super confident of going back there, but last service yesterday was super upsetting as i had opted for full head colour, keratin treatment and haircut (only fringes and trimming split ends).n1. I went there from 10.45am and was out by 3pmn2. Still have greys uncoveredn3. I really doubt if my keratin treatment was done well because they had give me a hair wash as they couldn’t find the colour showing up well ..n4. Haircut was done in so hurry that they dint even check if it’s levelled or not.n5. Waste of time and waste of money. They charged me 240$ for absolutely NOTHING !!
