I think this is the product my Greek Au hairdresser used. I had to go a second time twice to get the colour right...blonde dye. my natural colour is light brownnThis is not usual.

I used a Blonde Enhancing Treatment that is supposed to be a leave in conditioner with brightening...well...It tried to bleach my hair, my light pieces are white/ lavender and the warmer tones are now spotty at the roots RIGHT IN THE FRONT of my head. I'm requesting enough $ to get baby highlights all over to try and even it back out.. I'm Super Mad!!!!!!
