My hair colourist was Katie. I went in to the salon two weeks ago and showed Katie a picture of what I wanted. Katie explained the process, duration and the cost of the bleaching procedure which I am very grateful to her for because I was prepared for the excruciating pain I endured during the process. I am very happy with the service Katie provided me with.

I asked for my long hair to be cut just a couple of inches and they cut it so short that I can even tie it up, it looks like a bowl cut! I have never been so embarrassed of my hair in my life and when I said I didn’t like it the lady doing it was so rude to me! Would definitely NEVER go here again, my hair is completely ruined.

Have been there before and Katie was so lovely. However, today the staff were absolutely disrespectful and didn’t even acknowledge even though I made an appointment . I waited over half hour such a waste of time.
