If it was possible to never zero stars I would. I've used here twice and the first time I was over the moon. I went in again for a routine hair cut. The barber said nothing to me when I walked in but gestured to sit down, that's all fine. He hand gestured a 'what do I want' which I responded leave the top of my head, just the sides and back. The first thing he gets a short blade and cuts the top of my head!!! I said leave the beard on the chin and just the cheeks. He cuts the sides all fine then last minute shaves off my beard on my chin!!! He didn't even even off the loss hair so now I'll be shedding like a husky all day. I'm autistic so complaining isn't something I can do. I paid and left. I went and had a smoke to get the guts to complain. I went back in and spoke to the other barber who I thought would speak better English. I explained my unsatisfactory in my hair cut I got a shrug of shoulders and there is always next time. I tried to explain a few more times what the issue is and got the literal shrug of shoulders. Which there will definitely not going to be a next time. I can deal with miscommunication but the lack of service or customer satisfaction resolution I won't go past. At the end of the day yes it will grow back but it'll take a good 12 months for me to get that beard back. I'd get better results doing it at home with a butter knife.

Always a pleasure.nI take my special needs nephew for a hair cut every 2 - 3 weeks and the barbers are always so good with him. He wouldn't even walk near the barbers and the men would walk out and ask him if he wants a hair cut EVERY TIME THEY SEEN HIM. He always ran away telling (yelling) no no no.. after a couple of months my nephew was happily sitting in the chair getting his spunky hair cut
