When the manager worked there it was really good. Clean and professional. Now its filthy. The worst part is no one washes their hands between clients. One nail tech picked and blew her nose with a tissue, then just kept working. The floor was coated in old nail tips and goodness knows what. Even the windows are grimy. Some of the girls are sweet natured but I personally can't get past the filth so won't be back.

I booked an appointment last week whilst they had there promotion on ! I messaged the night b4 to confirm my appointment as i had to travel from the country,, i got told my appointment had been cancelled, i had already arranged time off work to have my appointment!!! they didnt even care !!! They said they had other customers even tho i booked a week ago !!!! Also they tried to triple the price on me , they also said they would resolve the issue so i drove 2 hours to get there to hear absolutely nothing from there obviously they do not care !! Do not go there !!!!!!

Kathy there is so gentle, she does such an amazing job and doesn’t ruin or over file your nails! She’s a god send! I’m so glad I found her after my last nail lady ruined my nails elsewhere.
