Kate is an amazing Shiatsu therapist! I have seen her so many times for chronic back and shoulder tightness- which can be especially bad from sitting at a computer all day.
Every session Kate will do amazing stretches and a really relaxing but effective massage to get rid of knots and tightness. My neck always feels so free afterwards. If you haven't tried shiatsu I would highly recommend it, it's amazing!
