This is the first time we have made a big purchase like this & we have no regrets. We are so happy with our Spa & our family/friends love coming over to relax and be entertained. Spas Direct Australia’s service & product were great 👍 Being from Tasmania we did it all online & it was so easy! If I could give a negative zero score, I honestly would. The team were great when we first approached them. The service was outstanding up until the money was in their pocket and the spa was delivered to us. We paid $70,000 for a wonderful sounding spa but the moment we got it, we had problems with the treadmill inside it. They sent technicians out multiple times to our house with no remedy and when trying to reach the office about the problem, we were met with hostility from Craig Reid, who was our main point of contact. His reason for not helping us as existing customers was because he had people interested in purchasing spas. He had claimed he was too busy to contact us back however proceeded to send rude messages to us when we pointed out that we were customers too and we had this ongoing issue for about 5 weeks. This was then escalated to the CEO who attempted to provide us with a new treadmill however the technician that they sent didn't run the treadmill correctly and overheated. When we asked for a refund of the spa they tried to blame us about the treadmill not working because they expected us to fill up the spa and spend more money to test it out. They really dragged us through a lot of issues with their spa and were absolutely horrendous to us once we'd paid for the spa. Like customer service no longer mattered once we signed on the dotted line. It's also funny how in the Google reviews for their business, staff from Spa World provided 5 stars reviews on a few occasions instead of actual customers. Makes you wonder why they need to do that if their business is so great.

If you are in the market for a new spa go and see Nicole at Tullamarine Spa World, she is so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing service from getting advice on on the permits to ordering our new spa right up to the finished product. We could not be happier with our new spa.

We did a lot of homework, read a lot of reviews and finally after superior customer service through the sales process decided to purchase our spa with Nicole at Spa World in Tullamarine. Spa World organised the crane to get the spa in via our back neighbour, and scheduled everything so off the truck the spa would be lifted off and the crane would put it in position. The crane company were awesome as well the the guys that delivered the spa in getting it in position and installed. After sales customer service is also excellent, having called them a couple of times on some set up questions. I recommend Spa World Tullamarine and Nicole with confidence. Thank you for a great experience from start to finish.
