BWS Schofields

I feel customer service has to be improved.nnI had visited last week and one of the staff kept staring at me as I was browsing through the beers as if I am going to slip beers into my pocket.nnI would advice install security cameras and watch for theft without making customers feel bad or uncomfortable.nnI don't think, I will visit again, I used to like this store.

Rude staff. Better range than some other BWS'. But you need to teach the middle age woman with the purple pixie cut some manners. Just because she's old doesn't give her a right to speak down to customers. This has happened time and time again. Said person could learn a thing or two about customer service from the staff over at Glenwood who are a lot more professional and friendly.

Very poor customer service at this store. A taller lady is trouble maker. I don't recommend to go this store until they improve customer service .

Very poor customer service by the larger woman that followed me around the store like I was trying to steal something ,I felt very uncomfortable being in your store ,and will not be returning anytime soon and I will be sharing my experience on all media platforms,maybe staff at Schofield should go to Quakers hill and Glenwood to see how to make the paying customers feel welcome ,or you could just hire those that can do there job instead of intimidate the customers
