Such amazing staff where I feel warmly welcomed and unlike other clinics I have previously been to, are incredibly friendly and kind. A special mention to Courtney though - she is always so enthusiastic and is so patient with me. She is now the reason why I am so excited for my visits, as I have not experienced such service at any other clinic.

The girls at Silk laser are all so lovely and always look after me. Great customer service and I’ve had the best results with my laser hair removal treatments. They always make me feel comfortable. I’m now doing skin treatments and so happy with the results so far!

Was told I need to purchase $220 worth of products before I could do a treatment that I booked in for. Would have appreciated if the staff were more upfront with the costs before I attended the appointment (otherwise it feels like an upsell).nnOn two occasions the staff have tried to make me return/reschedule for another appointment, so the inconvenience caused makes me hesitant to return.
