I had the lovely Brittany help transform my hair today and I am so happy with the result ! I am not one to look after my hair much but her professional advice and suggestions made me want to look after my hair more ( starting with a good shampoo)nBrittany was great from the start, very friendly and professional , she gave me a quote on how much my hair was going to cost and her thoughts on what color will work for me before she starting to work on it which I really appreciated. She made sure I knew what she was doing every step of the way and it was just a great experience overall. My first visit was not as great but I will definitely book again with Brittany in the future!

Maddi did an amazing job with my hair. She listened to what I wanted and gave me advice on different options with my balayage. I was well taken care of and highly recommend visiting this salon. I absolutely love how my hair turned out.

Sam at Hairtalks is an amazing hair colourist, she knows what you want and always meets expectations.nnHowever if you are charging $300 for a hair colour then the customer service needs to be improved. There is an obvious 'mean girl' attitude at this hair salon, it's actually unpleasant and honestly i walk out feeling tense instead of relaxed - this ruins the whole experience at this salon.nnAlso the response from this owner to negative reviews are quite embarrassing - and explain the culture inside this place. DO BETTER.

The person performing the service was very friendly, but after 7.5hrs and $600, I left feeling guttered. Did not achieve the colouring or effect requested and hair is now in such bad condition and damage that I literally cannot brush it, for knots and breakage. I don't like confrontation and won't go back to ask for a correction, this is just my experience - hopefully not others.

Came in not knowing what to expect with with dying my hair for the first time.nexplained what i wanted done and they completed it to perfection and more. inviting and super professional staff and very happy to chat with you whilst getting pampered.nhad a blast getting my hair done, and am absolutely loving the colour/s i ended up with.nthank you for helping my change style and everything.nnWill definitely recommend to anyone else who asks
