Went to get advice for my teen daughters about dying their hair (DIY) and found the staff to be very helpful, explaining the products and patiently answering our questions. Thank you Annie and Ana for making the experience informative and enjoyable for the girls!

The worst manager I’ve ever seen in my life, Manager of the store was extremely rude and aggressive, she charged my credit card without telling me, I noticed that after I got the receipt!!!nAnd when I asked her she was aggressive and didn’t want to response, she pushed me to leave the store!!nUnbelievable She charged me for dry off which is totally illegal as dry off is part of the hair color services and shouldn’t be charged for just a one or two minutes dry off, can not ask customers to leave with wet hair It’s totally robbery!!!!!nAlso I asked Hairdresser about the price of trim and I accepted to do that for me but the manager charged me much more than what the hair dresser told me and she didn’t accept to pay my money back.nDo not go to that shop to use their services as the. manager tries to rip you off !!!
