I came to Christiane's Hair Design recently and I can't be more thankful or more happier.nnI had a hairstyle done by a different hair salon for a wedding which left a huge knot in my hair. I have very long hair, which is below my waist, so naturally I was very upset when a knot was left in my hair.nnThe knot looked like a matted dreadlock, and took up half of my hair.nnAfter spending all night trying to untangle my hair, I had no luck, and came to Christiane's Hair Design to untangle the knot.nnThe girls did such a wonderful job. They spent around 2 hours untangling the knot and in the end, thankfully my hair was completed untangled.nnThey were so careful with the untangling that there was no breakages and no hair cut required, which means I got to keep my long hair.nnI found their service to be so professional and all the girls were so lovely and helpful. Thank you so so so much! I really appreciate all of your help :)

I would rate this place lower than 1 star if I could!! The lady that cut my hair did an absolutely terrible job. This hairdresser was completely unprofessional and incompetent. After showing her a picture of how I wanted my hair cut and continuously asking her for her professional advice on whether a fringe is suitable for my hair type, the lady had no clue.nShe did not care at all and rather than focusing on me who was the only customer in the entire salon, she was more concerned on other client bookings. She even had the audacity to laugh at me after butchering my hair due to her lack of care and skill!! I am extremely upset, as I now have to pin my hair back to hide my hideous fringe which will take months to grow back. Extremely overpriced and awful customer service!!

The girls here are AMAZING. I came in with patchy red/orange/brown/blonde hair and they went through various efforts to make sure my hair came out to the blonde I wanted. They’re chatty and sweet and made sure I walked out super happy! Thankful for them! ❤ufe0f

Extremely disappointed with Donna. She left the toner on my hair for 15 minutes after the timer rang and refused to attend to me despite my constant pleas. When I told her I wasn't happy with my pale green hair roots and now dark brown ends (I had asked for light brown hair roots with blonde ends) she got angry at me. I could not be less satisfied.

Got turned away for a men's haircut (which they offer) at 4pm on a Tueaday, 3 staff standing around and no customers in the shop. Whatever reasons they had, were not made clear to me and I felt like they made a judgement call on me. Business must be booming to turn away customers! I cued up across the hall instead at Allan's.
