Attempted to get my young toddlers hair cut here and the staff member was not the least bit understanding of my child being scared of their second ever haircut. Was rude about the entire scenario making my child more frightened. The haircut had not begun either, it was just getting into the chair. Was not only rude about a scared toddler but rude from the very beginning. Would tell everyone to avoid this place at all costs.

Great service and experience. I had a hair cut somewhere else earlier this morning and when i walk passed Bestcut, the mate pointed out that my hair is not even and i then realised how bad the other shop did. The mate then fixed my hair for free and i feel so greatful. Highly recommended. Really nice people here.

I have not used the service, but I think it’s a great idea to be positioned where it is, outside woollies
