Hermi is an absolute gem! I'm really glad I looked further into the little flyer I got in the mail.nnShe was quick to reply to messages and answered all my queries so I knew where I stood [with the service I was looking for; cost; and what payment methods are available (Google Pay works, FYI)].nnHermi is unbelievably kind and accommodating (complimentary drink!) - making any customer feel welcome, regardless how often they get their hair done.nnShe took the time to explain her process and would ask for feedback during various parts of the cut and styling to make sure the customer was happy and comfortable with the way things were happening; I was happy to let her do whatever she thought was best, but was pleased she still wanted my feedback.nnShe didn't try to sell me products or add extra services I wasn't prepared for. Hermi actually took the time and gave me tips for how to recreate the style at home with my limited skills; very considerate!nnThe salon itself is clean and has a modern look - it's beautifully designed by Hermi and her husband. And the capes have arm cutouts!! Who knew that was a thing!nnI am very happy with my experience at H Walt Hairdressing - my hair feels and looks brand new, and that was just with a cut and blowdry; I feel I'd be in safe hands with Hermi if I wanted to try something new later on.nnThanks again Hermi! ud83dudc81‍♀ufe0f
