Raji was one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever been too. She listened to what I wanted and was so friendly with her approach. Highly recommend her and this place. 10/10

I had my hair cut 2 days ago, the lady was fabulous. I loved how she listened to me and my issues and styled it accordingly. That is why I made an appointment for shampoo and blow dry. I reached there at my appointment time and had to wait for half an hour for my turn. That is no big deal. When my turn came, this lady did not shampoo, saying my hair was already damp from my morning shower. Why was I paying for shampoo then???? Earlier lady had told me not to part my hair in the middle as I had many baby hairs that would show up if I do so. Now this lady insisted I need to part in middle to cover my hair line. I was ok with that too. She then began to blow dry my hair, which was horrible. The setting was so high that my scalp were burning. After that she straightened my hair using a straightener, I was there to set my hair if straightening by straightener was to be done I could do by myself at home. Why would I use their service? I did not complain at store as many ladies were there. I am very much disappointed this time. Please level up for your customer services and listen to them what they want instead of judging them for their race.

This has been my preferred choice of local hairdresser for the last 3 years. The owner is always there, making sure everything is in high standards, always accommodating of my schedules, a lovely lady. Plus, I found one of the best hairdresser in hair colouring I've ever been! My hair colour and the health of my hair had never been so good! Love it! Couldn't recommend enough!

Went to get my sons haircut. I told the stylist that we only wanted a trim and that she should follow the previous hairstyle. I’m not sure what stylist heard but we did NOT get what we asked for and my poor son looks like his hair was butchered by a lawn mower and has a very short bowl cut. No blending, no style, just a mess. When I expressed concern about the haircut being too short she tried to convince me if I styled it a different way it wouldn’t look short…I don’t want to style it a different way, I went in for a specific haircut. So angry and disappointed by the service. Now I have to find somewhere to salvage the mess she did to my sons hair. NEVER again.

I took my son here yesterday. I was a walk-in. We were greeted nicely and the hairdresser was friendly. I will start by saying my son is 2.5 years and doesn't sit still for too long. Its not the easiest job to cut a restless toddlers hair and I appreciate that however, this was my sons 4th hair cut and he was no more restless then the other times, in fact probably much better this time. Usually we take him to a barer that does kids hair, i made a mistake taking him here and I walked out so upset, in fact I had tear in the car, my sons hair was hacked! Instantly the clippers came out and his head was shaved-his hair is longer and fine and usually scissors are used. He was given a complete bowl hair cut that is so uneven, it has a step on one side and not on the other, the back is so short it spikes up, I asked at least 3 times to not cut his fringe since the rest of his hair was taken and I was in shock but still it was cut... I HATE it! This is not a style issue its a really really poor hair cut and I was not listened to. I am new to the area and looking for a hairdresser myself and this place is now completely off my list I'm just sad and sorry my poor sons hair had to be the test dummy! I'm giving two stars because the place was nicely furnished and clean and the hairdresser was nice enough.
