Not a good BWS... They are consistently stacking three or four brands of beer in one stack in the middle of the shop, near the entrance. Each brand is priced. One of the brands normally shows a sign: Any 2 $82 (or similar) suggesting that ANY two fro that stack are available on that deal. This in fact is not so. When you attempt to take advantage of the offer, you are rudely told that no, the offer applies only to one brand - the one the sign is pinned to! This is highly improper, bordering on misleading.

You can pick up your liquor once you have done your fruit and veg shopping. The convenience of walking straight from woolies into BWS is not to be underestimated.nThey have great specials on beer and wine which is when we stock up.nThe staff have always been friendly and helpful.

Overall, Excellent Customer Service.nnI am concerning only about this.nThe cups for wine tester smell cupboard. It is not nice to drink wine with that cupboard fragrance.nnHave a great day.
