The lady who was at reception was absolutely rude and insisted we had to check into the NSW covid app before she would answer questions regarding the pricing.nnWe went to the hairdresser next to them directly, had a chat confirmed price and then checked into the covid app.nnUnnecessarily rude attitude, body language and we will happily never go there again.
