Walked in and was greeted by the hairdressers Heidi. I Sat down and the chair was immediately very uncomfortable. I was sliding out of it and the chair wobbled. I said “this chair is uncomfortable, I feel like I’m going to slide out of it.”nHeidi’s response floored me. She said, “That’s not my problem.”nMy response to that was... “I guess I won’t be coming back here again and I guess that’s not your problem either.”nThe hair cut was good and I paid and left.
