Wont let me delete but update have spoken with the owner who was livey and is going to fix the situationnnAsked for a trim 3 weeks ago instead got a hack job which took half my hair .. today is the first time i have been game enough to straighten it (my hair is very curly) only to find there is easily an inch difference between the two sides so now i will have to have that cut off and corrected too ... also layers are meant to blend not look like a 3 yr old has just got scissors and cut a huge chunck out ... waste of $40
