My hair is breaking off in chunks, be cautious before going here! I went in to just get a full head of foils, a service majority of professional hairdressers provide, yet what I got was half of my hair missing. As expected, when bleaching hair there will be some damage to the hair, but this is very different. When I reached a hand over to the back of my head, majority of the pieces are half there original length and frayed - pieces are now only 2 inches long from my scalp whereas my hair is shoulder length. Please be cautious if going here!

Having your hair done at ‘Platinum’ is always a very pleasant experience. It’s reassuring to talk to your stylist, in my case Kelsey, they listen and look at your pics regarding your request on cut/colour and then do it. NOT go and do what they think is best. I left there again very happy and feeling ten years younger. Thank you. Deb

Only reason I'm giving such a high score is because the staff in there are lovely. How can you warrant charging $39 for a 6 year old to get a trim? I can get two haircuts for that price. Won't be going back.
