Australia Post - Redan LPO

Most helpful and friendliest post office in Ballarat. Always found Redan post office to offer helpful advice and offer help in a very useful and friendly manner.

Dropped in to post a very small "letter sized" 70gram parcel. Inside was a handful of surgical face mask that i was sending to my elderly mum. I asked the man behind the counter to weigh the small parcel and give me the least expensive method to post it to Dimboola. The man would not weigh the parcel and insisted it would cost me $8.95 for regular post. I knew that this was a very inflated price so i declined. Later i went to another Post Office and went through the same routine. This Post Ofiice was awesome. They charged me $2.20 which is a huge difference from the $8.95 i was quoted at Redan. Won't be going back.

Don't answer their phones. Rude customer service. This place blows.

Great friendly service with a smile. Lainey and John are always so helpful. It can get very busy but I have never felt rushed.

Not my local but my favorite. Staff are so much nicer then Sebastopol brunch.
