All COVID-19 safety standards in place, except the male service person wearing his mask with his nose hanging out. Other than that, service by the second employee present was efficient, if not particularly friendly. Easy access parking at the front of the store and plenty of additional parking (including handicapped spaces) at the rear.

What a rude, pethatic and below average customer service from the male running the Australia Post in LUCAS, VIC 3350. I had a return parcel paid by the company, therefore I was just in a need of an envelop which could be a simple plastic postage bag but this man suggested an expensive $30 odd dollars box which is an expensive option and upon inquiry of any cheaper option this guy got really annoyed and started eye balling and had a facial expressions that I feel very unwelcome. Nonetheless, I found myself a $1.50 bag which suffices the need and as expected experienced the most rude customer service at the counter. Unfortunately, the attitude is still the same whenever I encountered this guy. Therefore, this is going to be reported to Australia Post as an official complaint.

I have been using this post office since they opened and have not had a single problem with any staff or the services . I have however witnessed other customers acting abusive and irrational showing true arrogance and their entitled ego . Keep on battling guys , thumbs Up .

Rude and ignorant male staff in his 50s. I avoid going to this post office at all cost after several encounters with him.

I'm here fortnightly and it's usually okay, however... getting a park nearby at peak traffic (school-zone) times is impossible. Plus I had one really unpleasant experience which resulted in my driving to another Post Office in order to ensure a bulky item was sent across the country. Story time: the lady sold me a 1kg pre-paid satchel, however my item didn't fit inside. She then refused to give me a refund because I "distorted the bag" (it had a kind of finger-print-sized stretch mark in the thick plastic bag, near the tape) and when I said "well regardless, I still need to send this to Western Australia, so what can we do??" she just blinked at me. Legit we stood there looking at each other for a while, like she had no alternative. So I left with my receipt, immediately drove to another post office, here they gave me a refund on the original bag, then I brought a 3kg satchel and the item was happily sent/received in WA.
