Australia Post - Wendouree Post Shop

Items i had delivered from Australia post came broken in the box, i then called the customer service team and they told me I had to take the item into one of the post offices along with photos of the box that it came in. The item was still wrapped in what it came in but they told me they could not do anything as they needed the whole packaging it came in. To bad if I bought an expensive item and it came broken, absolutely useless. Will not be using them again.

after waiting 40minutes calling customer service for my urgent call to be put through here the lady hang up on me. know that you made me very sad as i desperately needed an information and i cannot visit you personally:(

A friend and I made numerous trips to this shop in applying for a challenging passport. Brenda was a stand out in her helpful, considerate and respectful efforts. She showed great tenacity and caring which was very much appreciated. Couldn't have done it without her...THANKYOU!
