Australia Post - Ballarat Post Shop

The location is terrible, the customer service is woeful and they don't open on weekends at all which is extremely convenient when packages get taken there for collection.

Well, i would give 0 star if there's an option for it. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. My parcel got redirected here for collection, as this is my first time visiting this store, I have no idea how the process works. So there I was, asking if i can collect my parcel and this lady was like "is it to an address or postcode?". I explain to her that I have no idea what's the address or postcode was as it got redirected here, thus can i just give you my parcel collect number (as directed by AUSPOST website) or my tracking number? She say no that won't help. My point is, you should try to help a customer to understand the process and don't assume that customer knows it. I am a doctor, imagine if you come to me and ask what's wrong with your health? and I say I have no idea you should google it before you come and visit me.

These ladies need to educate themselves about Passport procedures and FAST! I have been in and my son now 5 times and they still can't give the correct information and accept the application. I had to phone the PASSPORT OFFICE to be told that my son's application was in fact filled in correctly. Small town thinking is all I can put it down too

Those guys don’t know what the customer service is about. Too be so short when customers ask for explanation is unbelievable. I have moved to Ballarat from Melbourne where the customer service is quite high. Will never get back to this place and recommend other post offices in the city. Very disappointed.
