Very friendly staff members with excellent services provided whenever I came for haircut with my friends or myself. The lady barber is very nice and her skills are phenomenal that can follow any styles that you giving images or ideas. I understand that sometime by herself cannot catch up all the works at the same time quickly but if you go with friend, spend that time having conversations or going around Cabramatta market while waiting. Trust me, very worth it for a wait. 100% recommend for a visit =)

I had a great experience at this hair salon! Booked in for a hair cut and bayalage. The staff was very professional and meticulous at what they do. Absolutely in love with the end product! The experience was beyond my expectations and I would definitely recommend this place.

Definitely an unforgettable experience with this place, spending $550 and walking out with bruised tailbone after a 10 hours hair straightening service. I would highly not recommend this place to any of my friends and family.nnIf you have time to waste, then this place is the place to go. Booked for permanent hair straightening that took 10 hours to complete. Sunday 10am appointment and did not walk out till 7:30pm. Did ask how long would this take, was told 5 to 6 hours. So estimated finish time would be 3:30 – 4:30pm, but ended walking out at 7:30pm. And yes, I’ve had my hair permanently straightened before and I know it’s a long process but NO! it should not take 10hours. 12 days after this horrible experience, I am still feeling the pain of my lower back.nnAlso, if you have extra cash to give, then this place is the place to go. This service costed me $550, I can confidently say that a service like this in a city salon cost from $330 to $350 (half the time also). Attach is honest price list advertised from city salons. Personally felt this overcharging is to compensate for the amount of hours I took up on the chair. And the fact that the price is made up on the spot with no price list should have been a red flag for me.nnIf you want a simple service like cut and wash, this might be the place to go. But would not recommend anything more complicated then that. They don't seem to have the capacity, skills and latest technology for it.
