my hair was already short and oddly cut when I went in.nI asked the lady if she could even it out and cut one side the same length as the other in like a fringe kinda way.nnwhat I got was hair cut even shorter, and a dramatic layered look.nI hate this hair cut. the lady who cut my hair was a student and okay fine you have to learn but I have no words for how horrible the cut was.nnbeing to polite I paid the full price of $45 dollars and walked out.nnI am soo disappointed.

They have NO idea. The worst colour i've ever received. Super unprofessional and a massive rip off. I paid $450 and they didn't even have the decency to properly wipe the dye off my neck for me. They hire a bunch of imports who have absolutely no clue how to balayage. They do not use olaplex or bond to protect your hair. Regardless as to what you want and have asked for - they will just do things their way. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!nnAlso you will notice how all the good reviews are from years ago - this is because there once were good staff but they have all now left. The only staff they have now are the rude imports they have hired off the street who have absolutely no clue how cut or dye hair.

Went in for hair cut and wash, they did ask me how much I wanted to cut off in which I showed like approximately 5cm's in length they cut like double of the length I asked for off, the hair cut itself isn't so bad but the inconsistency in terms of the costs... I paid $55 for the service and then someone else who I know went there today was charged $45 for the same exact service....
